Double Page Spread Mock.

This is a mock of my double page spread, i have left the background on this white this is because i am going to do some of the fonts pastel and i have shown this by the text in the purple colour because it makes that bit stand out, i also think that i will have pastel coloured clothes on my model for the double page spread to give it a girly look but also sophisticated and matches with the style of my magazine. I like the layout of my the photos i have put on here and even though they are very structured i think they look good and it means i will be able to get more different shots in my magazine. However i don't think i will set my writing out this way i think it will be more split into two different page and i want it to be an interview so maybe all the questions will be a different colour or some of the answers will. The font on this also links to front cover and contents.

Contents Page Mock.

This is a mock up of my contents page , i have decided i want the background on this page to be a light pastel colour, I'm not sure if the colour i have used is defiantly the colour i want to use though. I like the style of the picture i have used here and want something like this on my real contents page but i think i might also add more picture, maybe two, just so it looks more interesting and like more is going on. I am also going to have more cover lines as i only put these on here to show where they will go. I like the idea that the page number is bigger than the writing and i think i will also use a different font for the numbers and i like the black title because it is the same as on the contents and therefore this is going to show my link, however i don't know if i will do the white writing if i make my background lighter because it wouldn't stand out as much anymore.

Front Cover Mock

This is the mock up of my front cover , i have used Cheryl Cole as my main picture however i think i will change it to a mid shot photo but i did particularly like this long shot. I have done the background a pale colour rather than the writing so that the writing still stands out and is easy to read. I like this font for my title because it is different and gives my magazine a style instantly. I think this is aimed at my female target audience well because of the colours used and the different fonts i have used. I have used 4 different fonts on this , one for my title , two main different ones for my cover lines and an extra one for the plug which is offering people something to make lure them to buying the magazine, i like this idea of using a different font because it stands out and shows it offers something different from the rest of the cover lines, i also want to have more cover lines on my real magazine cover.
